  4.         The 'watch' command displays the current software stopwatch
  5.         values, with min and max readings for each.  This facility allows
  6.         a programmer to measure the execution time of critical sections
  7.         of code with microsecond resolution.

  9.         This command is supported only on the IBM PC, and the meaning of
  10.         each stopwatch value depends on where the calls have been
  11.         inserted for test purposes; the distribution copy of NOS usually
  12.         has no stopwatch calls.
